Since the mid-90's, cacao has become an exciting value add product for small farmers in Peru. Home to many exquisite varietals and coupled with optimal growing conditions, Peruvian cacao has recently been winning much praise in global markets for fine and aromatic cacaos.
For the first time, Reach Trade proudly offers high-quality, direct-trade cacao blends and microlots of the varietals 'porcelana' or white cacao, 'criollo', 'chuncho' (a native Peruvian 'criollo' varietal), 'nacional', and 'CCN51'. As always, we pride ourselves in our supply-chain transparency and our commitment to building relationships between farmers and buyers.
For those of you who are still new to cacao and to Peru's recent accolades in cacao, I invite you to browse the links listed at the bottom of this page.
